At Tundra Lifestyle, we stand behind the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. We want to ensure your apparel fits your adventurous lifestyle perfectly, whether you are on the trail or in the city.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original Tundra packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
